Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health. We are seeking reliable, skilled LPNs to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home for medically complex pediatric clients. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and physician, responsibilities include administering medications, performing skilled interventions, delivering individualized care, monitoring patient conditions, and educating families.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and perform skilled interventions as prescribed.
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered care in the home setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Educate and support families on care plans and device management.
- Active Florida LPN license.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in home health).
- Proficient in pediatrics, feeding tubes, tracheostomy care, and neurological or endocrine conditions.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Certifications in BLS/CPR and recent health screening required.
