We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, staff development, and compliance with policies and regulations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to clinical management and clinicians
• Developing and achieving nursing department goals and objectives
• Implementing and monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff
• Collaborating with department heads to promote positive interdepartmental relations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of an accurate and effective documentation system

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
• A current CPR certification
• A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population
• A minimum of one (1) year of management experience
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to facility function
• A strong understanding of leading and managing a team
