Rehab Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting.

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to ensure personalized, compassionate care aligned with standards and best practices.
• Act as an advocate for patients, embodying organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state or compact licensure (active FL RN license within 60 days if applicable).
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in acute care preferred.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient with PC use.
