Providence Real Estate is expanding our team at 2211 Grand Isle Apartments and we're on the hunt for a motivated, people-first Leasing Consultant. If sales come naturally to you and you take real pride in delivering a five-star customer experience, this could be your next career move.
CompensationEarn $20–$23 per hour, plus commission on every lease you close. On top of that, you'll receive a full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) that vests immediately.
The OpportunityLeasing is more than paperwork - it's about matching people with a home they'll love. In this role, you'll:
- Tour prospective residents through available apartment homes
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with residents to encourage lease renewals
- Handle administrative tasks tied to leasing and office operations
- Represent the community with professionalism at every touchpoint
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing sales (2+ years preferred)
- Confidence in closing deals and providing top-tier service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA reliable vehicle to get to and from work
Familiarity with Yardi or similar leasing software, plus knowledge of resident retention strategies or multifamily housing, is a plus - not a requirement.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position covering Monday through Friday, with most Saturdays included. To keep things fair, any Saturday worked comes with a weekday off in return.
