Job Description

Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one Race Trac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver Race Trac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent development, and driving success.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated guest experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with co-workers and guests.
• Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude.
• Complete guest transactions efficiently and suggest complementary products.
• Address guest concerns promptly and involve regional team members as needed.

• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations.
• Ensure all food offers are available.

• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Execute shift duties and uphold presentation standards.
• Clean food prep areas and equipment to standards.

• Demonstrate Race Trac's core values.
• Lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members.
• Provide feedback on employee performance to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED in progress or completed.
• 2-3 years’ work experience preferred.
• 1+ years management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• May require food handler and alcohol server permits as per local regulations.
