Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

Greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take orders and payments. Inside and outside (Drive‑Up) positions are available. Take phone orders or catering orders to help guests plan their special events. Give out completed orders by calling out numbers with a rhyme. Prepare food to high‑quality standards and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.

Cook food to order such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Follow recipes and Portillo’s standard. Ensure proper sanitation and maintain a clean workspace.

Pay rate $15 per hour. Additional $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm, $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F, and $3 per hour to work on holidays. Flexible schedules.
