Overview
Position Summary:
Supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Acts to maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends improvements; and adapts to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans and using the Open Door Policy as part of executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00*
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
