Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail & Store Manager
Position Summary
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training on processes and procedures, and offering guidance. Resolves member complaints and issues in line with company policies, supports the Open Door Policy, and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and coaching. Communicates membership benefits, processes enrollments and upgrades, and encourages renewals. Participates in sales and marketing events, maintains documentation, and strives to meet membership goals.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and guiding use of self‑service technology. Oversees claims, returns, zoning, merchandise arrangement, shrink and damage identification, and cart availability. Completes accounting records, prepares deposits, manages Cash Fund Transfers, investigates cash discrepancies, and maintains confidentiality. Develops and implements processes, collaborates with managers and partners, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Demonstrates compliance with policies, ethics, and standards, leads teams, coordinates assignments, provides feedback, models change adaptation, respects diversity, mentors, upholds integrity, serves customers and members, delivers results, makes informed decisions, and strives for excellence.
- 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
- 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Leading a front-end team
- Supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload of others

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
