Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) - Brandon Exchange Mall, Brandon, Florida

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and applying LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, follow all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%).
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials, loyalty programs and active customer interaction.

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business decides.
• Capable of accessing all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab and stand for at least two consecutive hours, sometimes stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, spanning at least three days.

Hourly wage range: $17.25 to $18.25 based on experience and responsibilities.
