Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet sales and profit targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Maintain focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge and skills of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform operational and strategic duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
