Assistant Store Manager

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $16.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.
• Contribute to maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
