, and we are looking for motivated sales professionals to sell bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects throughout the Tampa Bay area.

• Meet with homeowners for bathroom and kitchen remodeling consultations
• Evaluate project scope and discuss design and renovation options
• Present remodeling proposals and pricing to homeowners
• Close remodeling contracts and assist clients through the sales process
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company marketing efforts

Experience selling windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, baths, or full home remodels is a strong advantage.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners
• Sales experience preferred (home remodeling or construction sales is a plus)

• Typical kitchen remodel projects: $25,000 – $80,000+
• Typical bathroom remodel projects: $10,000 – $40,000+

Average commissions range from $2,000 – $8,000+ per project
