Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with Impact Bio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long‑term career in the industry. You’ll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.
This full‑time role is with Impact Bio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

- Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
- Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
- A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
