Call Center Sales and Business Development Agent - Verizon

One Touch Direct is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Call Center Sales Agent for Verizon. • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Promote Verizon products and services effectively to meet sales targets
• Assist business customers with inquiries, billing, technical support, and account management
• Document and maintain accurate customer information and interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred, not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills
