The Brandon, FL location seeks a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, drive membership sales, and maintain excellent spa standards.

• Meet membership sales goals
• Sell gift cards and spa services
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services and train as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours and effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old or older
