Call Center Sales and Business Development Agent - Verizon

One Touch Direct is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Sales Agent for Verizon. This role combines customer service excellence with dynamic sales opportunities, offering you the chance to represent a leading telecommunications brand while supporting customers and business operations.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Promote Verizon products and services effectively to meet sales targets
• Assist business customers with inquiries, billing, technical support, and account management

• Adhere to company protocols and compliance guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills
