- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Provide ongoing performance management, mentorship, career development, and skills enhancement opportunities.
- Complete sales operational requirements by assigning territories, managing resources, and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Create, communicate, and execute sales strategies and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain sales volume and drive market growth by analyzing industry trends, economic indicators, customer demand, and competitive activity.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer priorities, and budget trends to identify new business opportunities and shape sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and revenue projections for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships by understanding business objectives and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
- Guide sales teams in developing trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers through consultative selling practices.
- Communicate compelling value propositions through executive presentations, proposals, and customer engagements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and address customer business challenges through tailored technology solutions.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate sales KPIs to measure team effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and progress toward strategic goals.
- Recommend strategic adjustments based on business performance, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
