Customer & Sales Coordinator

Type: Full-Time

Splash City Pools is looking for an outgoing, organized, and professional Customer and Sales Coordinator to manage incoming leads, customer communications, appointment scheduling, and sales support.

This person will be one of the first points of contact customers have with Splash City Pools and will be responsible for making sure every lead receives a fast, professional response and is properly tracked through our CRM.

Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries

Respond quickly and professionally to new leads

Qualify potential customers based on project type, location, budget, and timeline

Explain general starting prices and the Splash City Pools sales process

Schedule design consultations for the sales team

Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations and no shows

Follow up with leads who have not scheduled

Follow up with customers after consultations and proposals

Maintain the sales pipeline within our CRM

Update lead stages, tasks, appointments, and contact information

Make sure no lead goes without proper follow up

Send proposals, brochures, financing information, and other sales documents

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks

Route existing customers to the appropriate department

Assist with general office phone coverage as needed

Excellent phone and communication skills

Friendly, confident, and professional

Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Able to learn new technology quickly

Detail-oriented and dependable

Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

Customer service or sales experience

Construction or home improvement experience is a plus
