Commercial HVAC Technician

The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay has the position for you! We're hiring a full-time Commercial HVAC Technician to service and maintain our clients' systems around Clearwater, Brandon, and Land O' Lakes, FL
.

Experience pays off here, and you have an earning potential of $80,000 to $200,000/year! If you've worked in the trade for 5+ years, you'll also earn a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

• 3+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

The following would be preferred but aren't required:

• 5+ years of experience
• NATE certification
• "Service MVP" experience

You'll be responsible for servicing our clients' commercial heating and air conditioning equipment and fixing any problems to get things working optimally. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a professional attitude, a customer service mindset, and the ability to complete accurate diagnostics, repairs, replacements, upgrades, and maintenance.
