HVAC Commercial Service Technician

As a full-time HVAC Commercial Service Technician with The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay, you'll be able to take pride in making a direct positive impact on people throughout Clearwater, Brandon, and Land O' Lakes, FL. We're looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain all kinds of commercial heating and air conditioning systems. Depending on experience, our HVAC Commercial Service Technician can earn $80,000 to $200,000/year. We're also offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on qualifications and experience. As for our benefits, we offer:

• Assessing commercial heating and air conditioning systems to diagnose the source of electrical and mechanical issues
• Completing high-quality repair, maintenance, and replacement services
• Treating customers respectfully and professionally answering any questions

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule

• 5+ years of experience
• NATE certification
• "Service MVP" experience
