This full-time role supports day-to-day maintenance operations, responding to service requests, preparing apartments for move-in, and performing repairs across the 390-unit community.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of residential maintenance, HVAC Certification II/III, and proven troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
