Splash City Pools is looking for a dependable and hardworking Field Technician to support our Project Managers and help keep residential pool construction projects running smoothly throughout the Tampa Bay area.
In this role, you’ll work across multiple active job sites each day, assisting with minor repairs, material deliveries, job site preparation, inspections, and general field support. You’ll operate a company vehicle equipped with the tools and materials needed to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities Field Work- Perform basic plumbing repairs and adjustments.
- Assist with minor pool equipment installations.
- Install pool handrails and other accessories.
- Prepare pools for plaster and other construction phases.
- Install permit boxes at new construction sites.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Assist with demolition and site preparation.
- Pick up materials from vendors and deliver them to job sites.
- Complete dump runs as needed.
- Perform basic trailer maintenance and organization.
- Take progress photos and document job site activity.
- Verify subcontractor work and report issues to Project Managers.
- Meet inspectors when required.
- Meet with homeowners when a Project Manager is unavailable.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure projects are ready for the next phase of construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a company truck daily.
- Ability to tow a trailer or willingness to learn.
- At least 1 year of construction, field service, or skilled labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida’s heat and changing weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic construction, trade, or field service experience
- Pool industry experience is a plus but not required
- Company truck and fuel card provided
- Paid training with continued opportunities to learn on the job

Do you have at least 1 year of construction or field service experience?
Are you comfortable working outdoors in Florida’s heat and visiting multiple job sites each day?
Are you able to lift 50 or more pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday?
This position requires a full-time Monday through Friday schedule.
