As a Residential Advocate, you’ll work one‑on‑one with survivors of sex trafficking in our residential program, offering emotional support, ensuring stability, and helping survivors navigate key services such as medical care, housing, and mental health. You’ll provide safe transportation and keep thorough documentation of services provided.

• Facilitate assessments and treatment planning for survivors.
• Support access to legal, medical, housing, and counseling services.
• Provide consistent and compassionate transportation to appointments, work, and community resources.
• Document services in our secure database and attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminology, or a related behavioral science; related work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Experience in trauma‑informed environments and/or working with sex trafficking survivors.
• Cross‑cultural competence and the ability to meet survivors where they are.
• Commitment to ongoing education in trauma, substance abuse, and survivor support.
• A clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.

• Must be flexible and available for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts on a weekly basis.
• Moderate travel and physical activity required.
• Work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise level.
