Facility Manager – RCRA Remediation Site

We are hiring ahands-on Facility Managerto support daily operations and maintenance at a permitted

RCRA hazardous waste treatment and storage facility in

Urania, Louisiana. This is an on-site role for someone who is comfortable working in an industrial environment and handling both operational and maintenance responsibilities.

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Perform and coordinate equipment maintenance and minor repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Operate and maintain facility equipment as needed
• Support environmental compliance activities, including environmental sampling
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
• Communicate with supervisors, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with facility procedures

• Experience working at or supporting a
  RCRA hazardous waste facility
• Operations and Maintenance (O&M) experience in an industrial or environmental setting
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
  (preferred)
• Welding experience and general mechanical maintenance skills
• Experience operating
  forklifts and tractors
• Experience with environmental sampling (soil, water, waste, etc.)

• Basic computer skills, including:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Ability to complete basic written documentation and reports
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Pay based on experience
