GRI Engineering & Development, LLC, a MAT Holdings subsidiary, is expanding a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi. We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to support warehouse operations, safety training, workers’ compensation, and policy enforcement.
You will maintain records, manage HRIS, lead orientation and benefits enrollment, and partner with EH&S to drive safety and performance improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in warehouse HR are preferred; PHR/SPHR is a plus.
