Digital Product Designer

J&G Homes Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Designer to design, maintain, and optimize the company’s website and digital assets. This role is responsible for showcasing communities, homes, condominiums, and multifamily floor plans, while enhancing customer experience, improving lead generation, and strengthening overall brand presentation.

• Create and update website pages (community pages, floor plans, galleries, model homes) with responsive, brand-consistent design.
• Design high-quality visuals: hero banners, photo galleries, virtual tours, floorplan visuals, icons, and marketing assets.
• Work with marketing and sales to convert floor plans, specs, and community info into clear, persuasive web content and calls-to-action.
• Optimize UX/UI for home search, community comparison, lead capture forms, and contact/appointment flows.
• Maintain and improve site performance, accessibility (WCAG basics), SEO basics (metadata, image alt text, structured data for listings).
• Manage CMS updates (Word Press, Hub Spot, or builder-specific CMS), templates, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developments to implement designs, track tickets, and QA release builds.
• A/B test landing pages and design variations to improve conversion rates; report on performance.
• Prepare design assets for email campaigns, paid ads, and social media as needed.
• Maintain a branded asset library (fonts, color palettes, approved imagery, model home photos).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web or UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
