Service Master Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is hiring a House Keeper to perform cleaning tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment within the assigned buildings and accounts, ensuring customer expectations and Service Master standards are met.

Perform all related tasks to ensure the assigned building/account is cleaned to Service Master standards and customer task lists.

• Follow the task list for the assigned building or position and complete assigned tasks within the allotted time.
• Maintain your janitorial closet clean, neat, and organized.
• Keep equipment and supplies clean and organized.
• Obtain and maintain passing scores on janitorial Quality Assurance inspections.
• Communicate regularly with your supervisor and division manager to ensure the items needed to perform your job are available and that you are meeting the customer’s expectations.
• Communicate with the customer at the assigned facility as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment by using wet floor signs, labeling spray bottles and containers, and securing the work area at all times.
• Secure the building or area once tasks are completed.
• Perform specific tasks as listed in the account details, such as spot cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, emptying trash, and notifying building contacts of irregularities and maintenance needs.
• Turn off all lights (except those designated), secure the building, and set the alarm.
