• Lead and support the Area Directors to ensure the success of their teams and operations.
• Multi-unit experience with the ability to travel!
• Facilitate hands-on training and development for team members and leadership.
• Conduct strategic analysis and participate in company-wide communication to align objectives and ensure continuous improvement. Effective leadership in all areas of people, guests, sales, and profits.
• Maintain a mindset of approachability. Build strong relationships with both team members and leadership, actively fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Oversee the operational standards and performance of the restaurants across multiple markets in collaboration with the Area Directors.
• Drive financial progress by managing sales, profits, and ensuring budgeted EBITDA targets are achieved.

• Champions and reinforces the organization’s mission, vision, and guiding principles.
• Contributes to the development of detailed annual budgets for restaurant operations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to assess financial performance and drive strategies that enhance profitability and growth.
• Conducts regular market visits to ensure consistency in operational execution; role requires spending 75% of the week in the field.
• Directs and organizes operations team meetings to align on goals and performance.
• Addresses employee relations matters quickly and effectively in partnership with HR.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
