• Hourly Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Team Leadership:
  Hire, train, schedule, and coach Assistant Managers and Sandwich Artists.
• Daily Operations:
  Oversee prep work, bread baking, and food safety standards.
• Financial Management:
  Monitor food costs, handle inventory orders, and manage labor hours to hit profit goals.
• Customer Service:
  Maintain a friendly, clean, and fast-paced environment for guests.
• Compliance:
  Ensure full compliance with all local health regulations and corporate brand rules.

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, basic math, and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak busy hours, nights, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus).
