The Division of Student Affairs at The University of Mississippi is seeking a dynamic and talented Director of the Office of Confidential Advocacy, Support and Education.

Provides strategic leadership for the Office of Confidential Advocacy, Support, and Education (CASE), including advocacy, prevention education, support, crisis response, and campus-wide violence prevention initiatives. Directs departmental operations, establishes long-term strategic priorities, develops institutional policies and protocols, oversees assessment and resource allocation, and serves as the university's primary leader for support and interpersonal violence prevention efforts. Collaborates with campus and external partners to promote student well-being, safety, retention, and success.

The individual serving in this position will play a crucial role in leading advocacy, prevention education, support, crisis response, and campus-wide violence prevention initiatives on campus.

This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students.

• Provides vision, leadership, and strategic direction for all CASE programs, services, and initiatives.
• Establishes departmental goals, priorities, and strategic plans aligned with divisional and university objectives.
• Directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Oversees departmental budgeting, resource allocation, grant opportunities, and fiscal planning.
• Develops operational and assessment plans to evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Utilizes assessment data, campus climate information, and emerging best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
