The Regional Executive Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Forest MS. This position is responsible for overseeing regional operations, including staffing, compliance, financial performance, and quality of care across assigned locations. The Regional Executive Director will develop and implement strategic plans, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and mentoring local managers, coordinating with clinical teams, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
The role also involves driving service growth, supporting business development initiatives, and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in healthcare, home care, or a related service-based industry.
- Strong skills in operations oversight, budgeting, and performance management across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality assurance practices in home-based care.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution abilities with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven capability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff, promote a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, social services, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Brandon, MS and travel within the region as needed.
