** Your Role
** The Nurse Practitioner position requires collaboration with physicians and other members of our medical team to ensure high-quality healthcare for adults. This role includes providing preventative care, treating acute conditions, and supporting the unique needs of the community through occupational medicine and wellness services.
** What You’ll Do
*** Provide general and preventative care to help patients stay proactive about their health.
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy and precision.
* Perform wellness exams, giving patients the guidance they need to live healthier lives.
* Order and interpret lab and imaging tests to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
* Prescribe medications and make sure patients have clear instructions for their treatment plans.
* Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing, including DOT and non-DOT physicals.
* Care for workers' compensation patients, focusing on their recovery and wellness.
* Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.
* Collaborate with your team to review clinical practices and explore ways to improve patient care.
* Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families to manage their health confidently.
* Support a team-first environment by helping wherever needed to enhance the clinic's operations.

Full-time, Non-Exempt

* Schedule:

3-2 Split Rotation requiring working every other weekend
* Work Environment:
Warm, friendly, and patient-focused clinic setting.
* Frequently lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds.
* Requires active participation beyond desk work.

* DOT certification (preferred) and required for full-time Nurse Practitioners.
* Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
