- Administer and document the Three Phase Inspection System for assigned Definable Features of Work by coordinating Preparatory, Initial, and Follow‑up stages.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP installations adhere to design intent, IBC, and ASTM standards.
- Maintain a field presence 60 percent of the time to monitor subcontractor workmanship, conduct daily quality audits, and track the resolution of Non Conformance Reports.
- Coordinate schedules and documentation for MEP teams and third‑party inspectors during final commissioning, testing, and project turnover phases.
- Require 3 to 5 plus years of commercial or industrial construction experience along with technical proficiency in Procore or similar software and an OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain one.
- Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
