• Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Management Plans and Definable Features of Work using the Three Phase Inspection System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up).
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFI responses to ensure civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work adheres to design intent and IBC/ASTM standards.
• Maintain a field presence 60% of the time to oversee subcontractor quality, conduct daily audits, and manage documentation such as daily logs and Non Conformance Reports.
• Lead ground‑up projects through turnover, coordinating with MEP teams and third‑party inspectors during final commissioning and testing to ensure contract compliance.
• Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

• Minimum 5 years of large‑scale commercial or industrial quality management experience.
• Technical proficiency in Procore.
• OSHA 30 certification or desire to obtain one.
• Manager-level experience (Experience level: Manager).
• Education:
