Territory Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing / Building Materials Location

• Base Salary: $75K – $100K
• Commission + Bonus: $40K – $80K+
• Total OTE: $115K – $180K+
• Vehicle or allowance + full benefits

• Background in commercial roofing, building materials, or related products
• Track record of growing a territory and winning work
• Established relationships in your market
• Self‑managed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
