• Greet and build relationships with customers to identify their automotive needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers
• Negotiate price and terms to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Knowledge of automotive products and financing options is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
