Commercial Driver

As a Delivery Driver at Auto Zone, you’ll apply safe driving skills while delivering automotive parts to commercial customers and support store teams on order fulfillment and customer service.

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full‑time flexible schedule availability (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
