Senior Staff Accountant

• Support month-end close, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Analyze shipments, bookings, and backlog reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and internal controls
• Generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
