Key Responsibilities
Workflow Optimization
* Streamline processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
* Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workflows.
* Build and maintain a centralized repository of documents for use by the Commercial organization and other stakeholders.
Sales Support Enablement
* Lead a team that provides proactive support to Sales, taking ownership of non-sales-related tasks (e.g., administrative, reporting, coordination) to free up Sales capacity.
* Develop and implement standardized processes for handling operational tasks, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of sales support activities to maximize impact.
Continuous Improvement
* Embed best practices and foster a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement process enhancements based on data-driven insights.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce cutting-edge methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Training and Onboarding
* Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate readiness.
* Develop and implement training on platforms, value propositions, and commercial processes.
* Partner with Sales leadership to ensure teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge to perform at their best.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Strong understanding of commercial operations, workflow design, and process optimization.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools.
* Experience in developing training programs and onboarding frameworks.
* Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Skilled in leveraging data to drive decisions and measure impact.
* Proven ability to manage team members and lead global initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Ability to implement scalable systems and drive adoption across diverse regions/areas.
* Experience in managing people and building high-performing teams.
Other Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, process improvement, or sales enablement.
* Fluent in English.
