Production Field Superintendent

Location: Branford, CT
Compensation: $35–$45/hour (Based on Experience)
Travel: Approximately 30%

We are seeking an experienced Production Field Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing projects throughout the region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for scheduling and supervising multiple roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Schedule and supervise commercial roofing crews across multiple job sites.
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor quality, safety, and production.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and company standards.
• Train and mentor foremen and field employees with a strong focus on safety and performance.
• Track project progress, costs, and documentation while identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate inspections with manufacturers and local authorities.
• Communicate project updates with the operations team.
• Monitor material inventory and jobsite needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and field operations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
