In this position, you'll take ownership of programming, integration, commissioning, and optimization of advanced Building Automation Systems. You'll ensure projects meet technical specifications, performance goals, and energy efficiency targets while supporting and mentoring junior controls technicians.

The Role:

* Lead the programming, integration, and commissioning of advanced BAS/BMS solutions

* Design and implement energy optimization strategies and integrate multiple BAS platforms

* Mentor junior technicians and drive best practices and technical standards across the team

The Person :

* HVAC Building Automation experience

* Strong understanding of advanced control strategies, energy management, and system integration

* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading projects independently while mentoring others
