Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Connecticut for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for developing relationships with clients to guide them through loan processes, assisting with mortgage applications, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Daily tasks include managing client interactions, evaluating financial information, underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The Mortgage Loan Officer will collaborate with team members and ensure clients receive exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage lending process.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and underwriting processes
  • Proven ability to perform effectively as a Loan Officer with expertise in loan origination and evaluating borrower requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, relationship-building, and a client-centric approach
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance within the mortgage sector
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working in an on-site, fast-paced, team-oriented professional environment
