Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist within the Bard Financial Group provides day-to-day administrative and service support to clients and advisors, ensuring accurate processing, responsive service, and timely follow-through.

Salary: $65, per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is helpful.
  • Securities licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65/66) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to advisors related to client servicing, financial planning support, and day-to-day business activities.
  • Manage front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing responsive, professional support to clients and advisors.
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing account servicing, including account setup, transfers, beneficiary changes, and other routine service requests.
  • Review and process client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
  • Track client workflows, service requests, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with custodians, product partners, and internal teams to support efficient service delivery and operational follow-through.
  • Protect confidential client and firm information at all times.
Basic Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a client service, operations, or wealth management support role.
  • Strong customer-centric mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with sound judgment for resolving client issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic math concepts.
