Overview

We are a busy, patient-centered dermatology practice seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate has prior patient-facing experience in a medical setting, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently multitask while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, so professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are a must.

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly, empathetic approach
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and phone calls
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Coordinate efficiently with clinical staff to keep patient flow running smoothly
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs

• Previous experience in a medical office or patient-facing role
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a "patients first" philosophy
