We are a growing private practice seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). This position offers a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, including at least 10 in-person hours per week with one evening in our Branford, CT office.

We are currently seeking a therapist to provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Experience and willingness to work with children are required for this position. The role requires a minimum of 10 in-person clinical hours per week
, including
one evening per week (excluding Tuesdays).

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and objectives
• Providing crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborating with APRNs when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Following up with patients as clinically indicated
• Ability to commute to Branford, CT
• Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
• Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs

• Current licensure as anLCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Pre-licensed clinicians (LMSWs) will be considered; however,clinical supervision is not provided(supervision is limited to note sign-off only. Outside supervision required if license requires it).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation

$50 - $55 Per client

We provide a flexible hybrid schedule with the option for weekend availability, while handling all billing and insurance credentialing to minimize administrative burden. With an on-site APRN generating steady referrals and the freedom for clinicians to manage their own schedules, we prioritize both professional autonomy and high-quality patient care.
