Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic Director of Finance on the shoreline. You will lead accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will also build growth strategies and manage the finance team. The role offers a competitive salary and direct access to company ownership. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budgeting: Guide the yearly budget process across all departments.
• Cash Flow: Manage daily cash flow and monitor company investments.
• KPI Dashboards: Build tracking tools for sales performance and inventory margins.
• Compliance: Make sure all financial practices follow local and federal tax laws.
• Team Leadership: Manage and train the accounting and payroll staff.
• System Upgrades: Help choose and set up new accounting and inventory software.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience: 5+ years of financial management experience. Building supply or retail industry experience is a big plus.
• Skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel and modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
