Responsible for providing strategic leadership over the company’s overall operations with a primary focus on driving operational excellence, efficiency, standardization, continuous improvement, and technology-enabled transformation. This role leads Lean initiatives, project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support scalable growth and superior business performance.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of operational strategy, including continuous evaluation and improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Champion technology, automation, and standardization efforts by partnering closely with IT on key initiatives such as systems integration and process automation.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Oversee and successfully deliver major cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Foster strong communication and coordination across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Accounting, Credit, IT, Logistics, and Customer Experience.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Identify and implement cost‑saving strategies and operational efficiencies while maintaining high service levels.
- Provide leadership to key functions such as Customer Experience and Logistics while driving broader operational alignment and performance.
- Develop, mentor, and build high‑performing operational teams through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including significant experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and project management methodologies.
- Proven track record leading process standardization, automation, and technology implementation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with experiences leading cross‑functional initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and decision‑making skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently at all levels, including with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
