Howmet Aerospace in Branford, CT is seeking motivated personnel to join our team for a 2nd shift role focused on demasking and finishing. You will operate demask operations, cleaning, grit blasting, inspect parts, and document logs while maintaining safety and 6S standards.
Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a $2.00/hour second shift differential. External hires may receive a $1,000 sign‑on bonus; benefits start day one, including medical, dental, Vision and 401K options.
