Registered Nurse RN

Overview

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Excellent paid training provided. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You must have a flexible full-time schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10-12 and/or 14-hour shifts, alternating Saturdays;
Sundays off.

• No Dialysis experience is required!
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to various clinics during and after your training

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting
• Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats and machine setup
• Work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast-paced environment

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree
