Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, flexible Staff Educator (RN or LPN) to lead our 24-hour clinical training initiatives. This role ensures our nursing staff maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Orientation: Lead onboarding for new clinical hires across all shifts.
• Competencies: Conduct annual and ongoing clinical skills assessments.
• In-Servicing: Deliver mandatory training on equipment, safety, and compliance.
• Flexibility: Coordinate and deliver educational sessions during night and weekend shifts.
• Documentation: Maintain records of staff training and certifications.

Qualifications

• License: Active, unencumbered state license as an RN or LPN..
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Instruction: Prior experience is preferred.
• Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours to cover 24-hour shift needs.
• BLS: Current Basic Life Support certification required;
  Instructor card preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Proficient with electronic health records.
• Ability to motivate adult learners
